999bd9 Responsible Gaming —
Your Protection is Our Priority
999bd9 believes gaming should be a source of fun, not addiction. Use our responsible gaming tools to stay safe and play within your limits.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Responsible gaming means playing in a planned way for entertainment while staying aware of your own limits. At 999bd9, we place the highest importance on the well-being and safety of our players.
Gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment, but if it goes out of control it can cause serious harm to your personal, family, and financial life. The core principle of responsible gaming is that gaming should be for fun, not as a primary source of income. 999bd9 encourages every player to follow this principle and provides all the necessary protection tools for them.
Our commitment to responsible gaming on this platform is reflected not just in words but through real tools and policies. Deposit limits, self-exclusion, time limits, and 24/7 support are always ready to keep you safe.
Our Responsible Gaming Tools
Set a Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum deposit limit for yourself on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Set this limit yourself and keep your spending under control. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a waiting period.
Time Limits and Breaks
Decide in advance how long you will play each day or each session. When the set time is up, the platform will remind you to take a break. A short time-out option is also available, where you can take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is going out of control, you can completely exclude yourself from the platform for a set period. You can choose a self-exclusion period from 6 months up to 5 years.
Review Betting History
You can view your complete gaming and betting history at any time. All information — how much you deposited, how much you withdrew, and how much you spent on bets — will be transparently available to you.
Age Verification System
Age is verified when opening an account on 999bd9. Only individuals aged 21 and above can create an account on our platform. This rule is strictly enforced.
24/7 Support Team
Our Bengali-speaking support team is with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Do not hesitate to talk about gaming concerns — we help without judgment.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
999bd9 believes that building a healthy gaming culture is not only the user's responsibility — it is ours too. That is why we strictly follow the principles below.
Entertainment is the Main Goal
Gaming is a recreational activity. Never think of it as a primary source of income or a way to solve financial problems. Only wager an amount you can afford to lose.
Plan Your Budget
Set your budget before you play and do not go beyond that limit. Avoid the urge to place more bets to recover losses — this can make the situation worse.
Play with a Clear Mind
Do not game under stress, depression, or the influence of alcohol. Gaming remains enjoyable only when decisions are made with a healthy and clear mind.
Take Breaks
Take regular breaks instead of playing for long periods in one go. Maintain balance with family, friends, and other activities.
Never Hesitate to Ask for Help
If you lose control of your gaming, contact our support team immediately. We will help you with empathy and without judgment.
Signs of Problem Gaming
If you or someone close to you shows the signs below, please seek help. These may be early signals of problem gaming.
- Spending more money than your budget and placing more bets to recover losses
- Feeling uncomfortable, agitated, or irritable when not gaming
- Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends
- Spending time gaming while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Taking out loans for gaming or cutting back on essential expenses to fund bets
- Repeatedly trying to play less but failing to do so
- Experiencing anxiety, depression, or sleep problems due to gaming
What to do if a problem arises?
Acknowledging the problem is the first step toward solving it. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Contact our 24/7 live chat and let us know about the issue. Our support agents speak Bengali and will help you use the right tools.
Step 2: Lower your deposit limit from account settings or activate a temporary time-out.
Step 3: Activate self-exclusion if needed. This will completely lock your account for a set period.
Remember: Never hesitate to seek professional mental health support. A specialist can help you build healthier habits.
